ESPN: Rashid Khan has said he would “definitely,” like to see an Afghanistan women’s team in the future but the decision to ratify one is out of his hands. This is the first time Rashid has made a statement in support of a women’s team after previously pleading for women’s rights to education under the Taliban government, who have banned women from almost all areas of public life.
