Afghanistan International: According to a document obtained by Afghanistan International, the Taliban’s Council of Clerics in Badakhshan has offered financial rewards and security guarantees to Ismaili Muslims who convert to Sunni Islam. Sources say conversions are being enforced through threats and intimidation.
