8am: Local sources told Hasht-e Subh that Taliban members whipped a woman 20 times in Darqad district, Takhar province. The incident took place on Thursday (July 21st) in the center of the Darqad district. Sources say that the woman has been whipped for not being accompanied by a male companion or mahram.
