Tolo News: The Ministry of Public Health on Thursday reported 83 new positive cases of COVID-19 out of 978 samples tested in the last 24 hours.  The Health Ministry reports the cumulative total cases at 51,847, the number of reported deaths at 2,158 and the total number of recoveries at 41,012.
