Tolo News: A report prepared by a presidential task team assigned to investigate reports of ghost schools, teachers and students reveals that there are hundreds of ghost schools and thousands of ghost teachers and students recorded around the country. The report, which was leaked to TOLO news, also states that millions of dollars has been embezzled from within in the education system.
