Khaama Press: Provincial spokesperson Wahida Shahkar confirmed the incident and said at least four personnel of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) lost their lives in the explosion. She said the incident took place earlier today in the vicinity of Khalazai area of the province and as a result four NDS personnel also sustained injuries. Click here to read more (external link).
