Tolo News: Khalilullah Frozi who was sentenced to 10 years in prison late last year for his part in the Kabul Bank scandal was moved from Bagram Prison and transferred to Shah Amanullah Hospital on the orders of the National Directorate of Security (NDS), officials said Wednesday.
