8am: Taliban forces shot dead a man in the village of Pishgur in the first part of Panjshir Valley on Sunday (June 12th). The source says that the victim’s name was Morteza Rasouli and he was suffering from a neurological disease. The source added that Taliban forces have shot him in the back.
