Tolo News: A two-day running competition in Kabul ended on Sunday that included eighty females aged 17-21 from Herat, Kandahar, Balkh, Daikundi, and Kabul provinces. Tolo News: Over 400 runners participated in the 2020 Marathon of Afghanistan in Bamiyan province that ended on Friday. Organizers said 40% of the participants were women. Tolo News: Afridun Amu, Afghanistan’s first surfer, will represent his country at this year’s International Surfing Association’s (ISA) world surfing championships in Japan. Amu, 31, was the first Afghan surfer to represent his country in the sport and has taken part in a number of international competitions including the ISA’s World Surfing Games in Biarritz, France in May 2017.
