Tolo News: The United Nations refugee agency says in an annual report that persecution and conflict in countries like Afghanistan and Syria has increased the number of refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) worldwide to a record 65.3 million last year. According to the UNHCR’s Global Trends Report, Palestinians are the largest group of refugees at more than five million.
