Tolo News: Firuzuddin Firuz, the minister of public health, has said that more than three million people in Afghanistan do not have access to health services. “The rates of health care for women and children improved and communicable diseases are on the decline, but the scope of health care is still insufficient”, said Firuz. Five provinces in the country are in critical need of health services because of internal conflicts that have led to the flow of displaced people, but Firuz said government has implemented care programs in communities with displaced people.
