8am: As a result of heavy floods on Sunday in Maidan Wardak’s Jaghatu district, huge financial losses have been caused to farmers in the district, local sources reported Monday. According to the sources, at least 1,500 acres of wheat and potato fields and apple orchards with their crops have been destroyed due to this natural disaster.
